Include the workflow you tried, the time it failed, and the error message. For a
REST call, include the request_id from the error body or the X-Request-Id
response header.
Do not send passwords, API keys, Meta access tokens, or any other credential.
For a plugin or MCP connection problem, say whether you are using ChatGPT, Codex, Claude, or another MCP client. If authentication has expired, reconnect through the client's sign-in flow. Your Meta connection is made only on the Win & Scale settings page (https://winandscale.com/app/settings), never in chat.
