  • Which talking-head hooks filled the webinar?
  • Read this week's videos and list their claims.
  • Send a test lead through the webinar form.
  • Launch the career-switcher story, paused.
An ad from Paperkite, a fictional brand, in a phone, with the agent's work around it: Values tagged (Start freelancing, Aspiring freelancer), a winning creative, a launch built paused and a prompt waiting for the owner to activate it. Talking-head still of a fictional Paperkite instructor with the caption Want to start freelancing? Begin here.

What does a course creator need from Meta ads?

Courses and coaching sell on the person, so the founder is the ad. The format works, and it is the hardest one to keep making.

  • “The founder is the ad, and tired.”

A talking head often beats anything from a studio. Deciding which story earns another take is a gut call, because the winning one is buried in ad names like Reel_story_v9.

  • “I can’t tell which hook fills the webinar.”

Win & Scale judges each ad on the event it was bought for, whether that is a webinar sign-up through an instant form or a lead on your registration page, never on views.

  • “I can’t make results claims I can’t back.”

Income and outcome claims need care, and Meta limits some of them. Win & Scale flags numbers your strategy doesn’t state. It is not a policy review.

See which talking head earned sign-ups.

Your agent ranks every ad on its goal against the rest of the account. A course sale is judged on purchases, an instant-form sign-up on form leads, and a lead page on website leads.

  • meta_get_evidence_health checks the numbers are fresh, and how much spend is still untagged, before judging anything.
  • meta_get_history_winners judges on the event each ad set was bought for, not on Meta’s “Results”.
  • meta_get_audience_breakdown shows which ages and placements still sign up.
A live test for Paperkite, a fictional brand, day 4 of 7, question frozen, two observations. The talking head has 2 of the 10 purchases its rule asked for, so the reading is inconclusive and too early. Below it, one proposed learning from a concluded test: a delivery date in the first line beats a discount for returning buyers. It counts only once you approve it.

Know what each founder video says.

Win & Scale stores what each creative is as Values: its angle, persona, format and hook. The ad name stays a hint, so a lesson survives the rename.

  • meta_transcribe_creative reads what each talking head actually says, so a claim shows up in text before it runs.
  • meta_tag_creatives tags each video with its angle, persona, format and hook.
  • meta_get_cross_analysis compares two of them, such as persona by hook.
A Library creative, Paperkite's Talking head (a fictional brand), a static read as an image: its Values are the angle Start freelancing, the persona Aspiring freelancer, the format Talking head and the hook Instructor talking head question, with the line the agent read, “Want to start freelancing? Begin here.”, and each trait marked Winner, In line or Low delivery, inconclusive.

Test the hook, not another whole video.

Your agent turns the next idea into a test, with its question frozen up front: what changes, what stays, and how it will be judged. Results are added to the record, never rewritten.

  • meta_suggest_next suggests which story or hook deserves the next take.
  • meta_create_test writes down the question, and how it will be judged, before any result comes in.
  • meta_conclude_test waits for enough results, then files the lesson for the next cohort.
The Briefs window on its Tests tab. A suggested test for Paperkite, a fictional brand: Talking head for the Aspiring freelancer, set against the offer card. It says what could mislead it and what would prove it wrong. Committing it calls meta_create_test.

Brief the cohort. Launch it paused. You turn it on.

Your agent builds the webinar sign-up form, tests it with one lead, and launches the ads with nothing spending. Activating is a separate call that waits for you.

  • meta_create_lead_form builds the webinar sign-up form, and meta_send_test_lead tests it with your own details.
  • meta_launch_ads builds the campaign, ad set and ads paused, and flags copy your strategy doesn’t back.
  • meta_activate spends nothing until you say go. Your agent asks you first.
An agent calls meta_launch_ads for Paperkite, a fictional courses brand, and gets back a paused launch: the campaign, the ad set and three ads, all Paused, with Activate waiting for the owner.

What can a course creator ask its AI agent?

Ask the way you would ask a media buyer who knows your cohort calendar. Your agent checks the evidence before it answers.

  • Evidence checkWhich numbers from the last cohort shouldn’t I trust yet? Don’t change anything.
  • Which hooksWhich talking-head hooks produced webinar sign-ups over the last 90 days?
  • Read the videosTranscribe this week’s founder videos and tell me which claims they make.
  • Launch pausedAnswered in the conversation: Launch the career-switcher story with the webinar form. Leave it paused for me.
  • Test the formSend a test lead through the webinar form with my details.
  • Brief the cohortBrief three talking-head ads for the next cohort from what sold, in my voice.

What does your agent tag on every course ad?

Every ad is tagged with Values: its angle, persona, format and hook. Results compare even when ad names don't.

Everything else is in the docs.

No, Win & Scale is not a policy review. Its strategy preflight flags numbers and claims your strategy doesn’t state, and income and outcome claims still need your own care.
