- Win & Scale has no free plan, but every ad account starts with a 7-day free trial of every feature. After the trial, the account's spend sets its tier.
- How does Win & Scale know what I spend?
- Win & Scale reads the last 30 days of spend from the ad account you connect, so nothing is self-reported. When spend crosses into another tier, the next billing cycle follows it, up or down.
- What happens when the trial ends?
- Nothing new launches until a tier is active. Ads already running stay in Meta, pausing is never blocked, and your agent keeps read-only access.
- Do agent calls cost extra?
- No, agent calls don't cost extra. Win & Scale uses 0 AI credits per agent call, because your agent runs on your own Claude or ChatGPT plan.
- Can I cancel at any time?
