Briefs on the Briefs board (/app/briefs) — board briefs and the ones written from Next tests — newest first. Each: id, title, status (draft → ready → in_production → live → learned, or dismissed), concept, copy (hook, headline, primary text, CTA, timed script), visual approach, reference, deliverables, success metric, scope (Values), cited learning ids, who wrote it, and what was made from it (assets, launches, first delivery, Tests). Status follows the work: a linked asset puts a brief in production, an ad's first delivery makes it live, its Test's conclusion makes it learned. Dismissed briefs are left out unless asked for.
