meta_get_workspace
READ — Which workspace this session is on.
meta_list_workspaces
READ — Every workspace you are a member of — orgId, name, your role, its connected `adAccountId` (null when not connected) — with `active` marking the one this session is on.
meta_switch_workspace
WRITE — Move your MCP sessions to another workspace you are a member of (by orgId): every later call reads and writes ITS ad account.
meta_get_evidence_health
READ — Before judging anything: is the evidence fit for the comparison?
meta_get_api_usage
READ — Meta API quota for the current hour: calls made, errors, throttles, percent of the app and ads-management allowances used, and minutes until access returns if throttled.

READ — LIVE Meta call: the ad account this session is on (`adAccountId` — it follows the workspace active in the web app), the Facebook Pages (each with its linked Instagram account) and the Pixels it can use, plus the workspace defaults.
