Fill the daily warehouse back in time, so dated reads (overview, ad performance, strategy rollup) can answer for any window ("how did March do"), not only the recent sync window. Runs in the background, one month per step, walking back from the oldest day held to since — default: where the account's spend began (from the history), capped at Meta's 37 months. Asking again resumes; it never re-reads a finished month. Progress shows in the overview's coverage. Costs one Meta insights read per month; on the hourly quota it waits and resumes. Not money-moving.
