Create ads PAUSED: pick or create the campaign and ad set, upload each creative from a public https URL or a library assetId (or media: a 9x16 + a 4x5/1x1 as ONE ad, the 9:16 in Stories and Reels), build the creative with every Advantage+ enhancement opted out, and record a launch. Nothing spends until the launch is activated. For instant-form ads: campaign objective OUTCOME_LEADS, adSet.leadForm, copy.leadFormId, no link. Ad names must be canonical: id__locale__format__persona__angle__concept__variant. pageId / pixelId default to the workspace's. With a launch preset, only creatives are required: campaign, adSet and copy default to the preset's (presetId, or the workspace default), and a success makes that preset the default. strategyCautions in the result lists what in the copy the workspace strategy does not back (numbers it does not state, claims to confirm, the voice's person). Pass briefId and testId when the ads come from a brief or run for a Test.
