write meta_update_taxonomy_value
Rename, describe, approve or archive a Value on an open Dimension (angle, persona, offer, pain, format, visual); id is the Value's id. Archive instead of deleting: archived Values stop counting as evidence and are never re-proposed by the classifier (status: approved brings one back); folding a duplicate into another is a merge, not an archive. Omitting id creates a Value. On a persona, persona stores what your research found (pains, desires, objections, triggers, trust needs, psychographics, how they talk): lists are appended by default, skipping lines already there; personaMode: replace writes them as given. Not money-moving.

create_taxonomy_valuewrite
Add a Value to an open Dimension — an audience (persona), message (angle), format, offer, pain/desire or visual element — so creatives can be tagged with it by id or name.
merge_taxonomy_valueswrite
Fold one Value into another on the same open Dimension: every creative that carried `fromId` now carries `intoId`, and `fromId` is deleted.
