write meta_set_thresholds
Change what live-ad verdicts and the Ads report judge against. goalEvent is the account's goal — every ad is reported and judged on that event (Results, cost per result) instead of the one its ad set was bought for; null goes back to auto. campaignGoals overrides it per campaign id ({ event, target? }; null removes one). costPerResult sets the target cost per result per event — null removes a target so the account's history baseline applies again. funnelSteps is the funnel Home and the overview report, in order (e.g. link_clicks → view_content → website_leads → add_to_cart, or impressions → video_3s → thruplays → link_clicks for video; 2–6 distinct steps); null goes back to the goal's default. The scalars tune the ROAS path: minSpendValidate (judge nothing below), cpaCut, roasScale, roasBreakEven. Amounts are in the account currency. Returns the thresholds now in force. Not money-moving.
