write meta_save_messaging

Add a copy line you or the human wrote, or edit one. Without id: needs angleId and kind (hook, headline ≤40 chars, primary_text, objection); it is stored as a HUMAN line (source: human) that may cite no quote — pass verbatimIds to cite some — and starts as a draft unless status: approved. With id: replaces the text (a headline stays ≤40 chars), keeps the quotes it cites, and the line becomes a human line; the angle and kind cannot move — add a new line and reject the old one. Approved lines prefill launch copy and are held to the workspace strategy at launch. Not money-moving.
