Change a brief: any of its fields (only those passed change; the evidence rule is checked again), its status, and what is linked to it.

Change a brief: any of its fields (only those passed change; the evidence rule is checked again), its status, and what is linked to it. Status moves by hand are draft ⇄ ready, anything → dismissed, dismissed → draft; the rest follow the work and are refused here — link an asset (in production), a launch whose ad delivers (live), a Test that concludes (learned). Links: {kind: draft | asset | launch | test, refId}. Launches and Tests created with a briefId link on their own. Not money-moving.
