write meta_send_test_lead
Send a TEST lead through an instant form: Meta delivers it to the lead webhook like a real one, so it runs the whole chain (CRM, first-touch WhatsApp…). It proves the chain end to end; the contact details it carries reach the CRM like a real lead's. Meta keeps one test lead per form: pass the previous test lead's id as replaceLeadId to delete it first. answers maps field names (email, phone_number, full_name, or a CUSTOM key) to the value.
